The eponymous "gal" in Gal to Kyōryū. A stereotypical gyaru, Kaede is foul-mouthed, somewhat abrasive, and frequently bored, though she can be nice when needed. Kaede was unintentionally responsible for the Dinosaur getting into her apartment when she got drunk and accidentally let it in, but nonetheless quickly bonded admirably with the dinosaur and has become good friends with it.
